• Concrete next steps you can take before your next appointment or decision point 

Sessions are conducted virtually, so you can connect from home or wherever you feel most comfortable. You can choose to include family members or caregivers in the conversation if you wish.

To keep you safe and ensure you receive appropriate medical care, there are important limits to our services: 

• We do not provide medical advice or clinical recommendations 
• We do not diagnose conditions or suggest specific treatments 
• We do not provide financial counseling or insurance enrollment services 
• We do not make phone calls to providers, insurers, or other third parties on your behalf
