Many people begin using NavigationOnDemand after a new diagnosis, but navigation support can be helpful at any stage of the cancer journey.

NavigationOn Demand provides members with regular access to personalized navigation sessions each month. These sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to connect with your navigator, ask questions, prepare for upcoming appointments, and stay organized throughout your cancer journey. 

Many patients and caregivers find that having consistent access to guidance helps them stay informed and better prepared as new questions arise along the way. 

Yes. Cancer often affects the entire family, and caregivers are frequently involved in coordinating care. Patients are welcome to include spouses, family members, loved ones, or caregivers in navigation sessions. 

NavigationOnDemand does not provide: 

• Medical advice or treatment recommendations
• Diagnosis or clinical consultation
• Financial counseling or insurance advice
• Emergency medical services 

Our navigators focus on education, organization, and support to complement your healthcare team. 

No. NavigationOnDemand provides non-clinical navigation support. 

Our navigators do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or replace your healthcare team. Instead, they help you stay organized, understand common processes in cancer care, and prepare for conversations with your healthcare providers. 

All medical decisions should always be made with your licensed healthcare professionals. Please read more about what we do not provide here. 

Sessions take place virtually via Zoom, allowing you to connect with your navigator from wherever you are. Sessions are scheduled for 45 min each and can take place as often as you need.

During each session, your navigator will focus on your specific questions and needs, helping you organize information, prepare for upcoming appointments, and identify helpful next steps. 

NavigationOnDemand navigators are experienced, certified professionals with deep backgrounds in oncology and patient navigation. 

They understand the complexities of cancer care and the challenges patients and caregivers face when managing appointments, information, and decisions across multiple providers.

Currently insurance does not cover NavigationOnDemand services. However, you are welcome to submit your receipt for HSA reimbursement if that is something you participate in.
