No. NavOnDemand provides non-clinical navigation support. 

Our navigators do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or replace your healthcare team. Instead, they help you stay organized, understand common processes in cancer care, and prepare for conversations with your healthcare providers. 

All medical decisions should always be made with your licensed healthcare professionals.

Yes. Cancer often affects the entire family, and caregivers are frequently involved in coordinating care. 

Patients are welcome to include spouses, family members, loved ones, or caregivers in navigation sessions. 

NavOnDemand does not provide: 

• Medical advice or treatment recommendations
• Diagnosis or clinical consultation
• Financial counseling or insurance advice
• Emergency medical services 

Our navigators focus on education, organization, and support to complement your healthcare team. 

Getting started with NavOnDemand is simple. 

You can sign up online and schedule your first session with an experienced oncology navigator. From there, you will have ongoing access to guidance and support whenever questions arise. 

NavOn Demand provides members with regular access to personalized navigation sessions each month. These sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to connect with your navigator, ask questions, prepare for upcoming appointments, and stay organized throughout your cancer journey. 

Many patients and caregivers find that having consistent access to guidance helps them stay informed and better prepared as new questions arise along the way. 

Yes. We understand that needs may change over time. NavOnDemand is designed to provide support for as long as it is helpful to you. 

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Once canceled, access to navigation sessions will continue through the end of the current billing period.
