NavOnDemand was created by the team behind NavPoint Health, an organization dedicated to advancing patient navigation and improving access to coordinated cancer care since 1994.
With decades of experience supporting patients, caregivers, and healthcare organizations, our team understands how overwhelming the cancer journey can be—and how valuable it is to have knowledgeable guidance along the way.
NavOnDemand brings that expertise directly to patients and families when they need it most. Our personalized services are designed to complement, not replace, the support you receive from your healthcare team.
“People talk a lot about fighting cancer. What they don’t talk about is how complicated the system is. Navigating it alone can feel exhausting.”
Sonia Damian, Patient

Rani Khetarpal has spent more than two decades working across the healthcare ecosystem, focusing on improving patient access, care coordination, and innovation in cancer care.
She is the CoFounder and CEO of NavPoint Health and serves as President of the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN+), one of the largest professional organizations dedicated to advancing the field of patient navigation.
Throughout her career, Rani has worked alongside healthcare systems, life sciences companies, and advocacy organizations to build and expand navigation programs designed to help patients access the right care at the right time. Through this work, she saw firsthand how impactful patient navigation can be for individuals facing cancer—and how many patients never have access to this type of guidance.
NavOnDemand was created to bring that expertise directly to patients and families, making personalized navigation support more accessible to those who need it most.
Linda has dedicated her career to supporting patients and improving the experience of cancer care through patient navigation and program development.
With extensive experience working within oncology care environments, Linda has helped design and implement navigation programs that guide patients and families through the complexities of diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. Her work has focused on ensuring that patients receive the support, education, and coordination needed to move through the healthcare system with greater clarity and confidence.
As CoFounder of NavOnDemand, Linda is passionate about expanding access to navigation support beyond the walls of healthcare institutions so that more patients and caregivers can benefit from experienced guidance during the cancer journey.
