NavigationOnDemand was created from a simple belief: no one should have to navigate healthcare alone.

Like many families, our founders experienced firsthand the fear, confusion, and uncertainty that often follow a cancer diagnosis. Despite decades of advancements in treatment and care, they saw a troubling reality: patients, loved ones and caregivers were still struggling to find the guidance and support they needed to navigate the healthcare system, understand their options, and make informed decisions.

Professionally, our team has spent decades working alongside patients, providers, health systems, and advocacy organizations. We have seen the profound impact that patient navigation can have on reducing stress, improving communication, and helping people feel more confident throughout their journey. Yet even today, many individuals never have access to this type of support when they need it most.

Our mission is to make experienced cancer navigation accessible to anyone, anywhere.
